Social Networking Hits Argentina

Since I can remember, I've been traveling to Argentina to visit my family there. Something that has always struck me is how far behind the technology always was. When computers were already ubiquitous in the US, they were still a novelty there. I can still recall black and white TVs being widespread, etc...

In the past two weeks, I've been flooded with social networking invitations from my generation (not surprising), but also my parent's generation which is interesting. They seem to have a lot more adoption there among the baby-boomers than here in the US. It feels a little odd still, but I guess that that was all going to hit South America at some point.

Boy meets grill

We just put our grill together yesterday and gave it a test run... This is all in preparation for hosting 80+ people for a pre-term grill-out on Thursday. The Argentine in me is on cloud 9... This thing is a monster with a bunch of grilling fine tuning... probably as much as I could have gotten without building my own into the building like they do in Argentina.
